This month’s open day will be held on Saturday 25th January from noon – 5pm at The Butchers Club. No burgers this time - we’ll be cooking delicious fish & chips, served with mushy peas, and bread and butter (HK$30 per portion) plus our usual free beer offer!
The Butchers Club has an amazing range of sustainable fish fillets, portion-controlled and quick-frozen for your convenience.
We will also have plenty of whole slabs of beef ready to go into the aging room on the day. You'll be able to choose your own and watch it go in!
