Bring your families to Island East Market this Sunday, as we’ll be doing sausage-making classes for kids! In line with the market’s Easter theme, these will be special lamb sausages seasoned with mint, rosemary and honey. Classes will be held at 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm and 4.30pm, priced at $100 per child, for a maximum of 15 children per class. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis on the day.
We’ll also be selling our dry-aged steak sandwiches,
priced at $90 each, as well as our pre-seasoned Australian prime ribs,
ready to roast for the perfect Easter Sunday lunch at home. These will be
priced at $3000 for 5kg (serves 8-12).
