Here at the Butchers Club we take the finest raw materials and make them much, much better. In this case, we take a Certified Angus Prime Ribeye and age it on the bone in the traditional, old-fashioned way. Once complete, our butcher will prepare it to your bespoke requirements. This could be bone-in chops, boneless steaks, or oven-ready roasts, or a combination of whatever you like
When you place an order for your beef to be dry aged, we will notify you when it is ready (typically 4-6 weeks). You can then tell us how and when you’d like it delivered.
*The weight is pre-aged raw and includes the bones. During the aging process there will be a loss between 15-23% of the pre-aged weight. We will supply the bones if requested. The pre-aged weight can vary 5% up or down from the stated weight. Photo is for reference only.
Certified Angus Beef
Other labels may say Angus, but that's where the similarities end. The difference is in the flavour. And that's where the Certified Angus Beef brand sets the bar. Beef must pass 10 stringent quality specifications to earn the brand's premium mark, ensuring you always enjoy flavourful, tender, juicy cuts of beef. To top that, this particular product is Certified Prime, meaning that it derives from only the top 3% of all beef produced in North America.
