Order daily cut-off time 4pm for delivery. We deliver your orders on the next day. Delivery and customer services will be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Service may be suspended to bad weather (Typhoon signal 8 or above, Red and Black rainstorm warning) or delayed due to actual traffic situation. We will try our best to inform you if any issues happen.
At the same time, we provide next day self-pick up for your order at our Taikoo Place outlet. We suggest you call the restaurant +852 2388 9644 before hand.

Our online shopping cart captures the information exactly as you enter it; we do not edit or alter any address information without your explicit direction. Please review the ship-to address before completing your order.
If delivery to the supplied ship-to address is not possible, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be dropped off at your address stated or returned to our facility. If the package is returned to our facility and in good condition, we can resend the package and you will only be billed the additional re-delivery costs, if any.
If you are planning to purchase for a special event we recommend that you order at least 48 hours in advance.
DRY AGEING ORDERS
When you place an order for your beef to be dry aged, we will notify you when it is ready (typically 4-6 weeks). You can then tell us how and when you’d like it delivered.
Please note that after dry ageing, deboning and trimming your beef slab will lose up to 25% in weight. All weights quoted for dry aged steaks are pre-aged weights.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Delivery service is currently available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport.
Delivery is not yet available for the Outlying Islands and other rural areas.
