We take a whole USDA tenderloin, trim and tie so it is BBQ ready then massage the whole piece in a unique dry rub made from Coffee, Chili, Brown Sugar and other secret ingredients. Cook the whole tenderloin on the grill and the dry rub offers up a crunchy texture with a bitter sweet spiciness that compliments the rich buttery beef perfectly. Slice into half inch medallions, serves 4-5 people.
