The Butchers Club is all about quality meat.  Whether its USDA Prime or Ranger Valley beef, Dingley Dell pork or WAMMCO lamb, you can be sure that our meat is of the highest quality. Dry aged beef is our forte and we have a specially designed facility in Tin Wan in which to age it.
