GENERAL INFORMATION

Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are shipped from our Butchers Shop in Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen. We ship to most locations in Hong Kong SAR.

Our online shopping cart captures the information exactly as you enter it; we do not edit or alter any address information without your explicit direction. Please review the ship-to address before completing your order.

If delivery to the supplied ship-to address is not possible, we will attempt to contact you via phone or email. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be dropped off at your address stated or returned to our facility. If the package is returned to our facility and in good condition, we can resend the package and you will only be billed the additional re-delivery costs, if any.

If you are planning to purchase for a special event we recommend that you order at least 48 hours in advance.

DELIVERY HOURS

Our delivery hours are between 12pm and 5pm. We ship our orders from Wong Chuk Hang, starting with all HK island deliveries before heading to Kowloon and the NT. We will try to keep wait times to a minimum, but traffic conditions will sometimes make for difficult to predict delays.

DRY AGEING ORDERS

When you place an order for your beef to be dry aged, we will notify you when it is ready (typically 4-6 weeks). You can then tell us how and when you’d like it delivered.

Please note that after dry ageing, deboning and trimming your beef slab will lose up to 25% in weight. All weights quoted for dry aged steaks are pre-aged weights.

DELIVERY DAYS

We deliver 6 days a week Monday to Saturday. All HK ISLAND orders placed before 9am can be delivered on the same day between the regularly scheduled delivery hours of 12pm - 5pm. 

For Kowloon and New Territories, please request a date in the "Comments Section". We will contact you asap to rearrange if your request is not possible on that date. 

Deliveries are not possible on Statutory and Public Holidays. Please request delivery outside of holidays.

New Territories - Deliveries to the NT are twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday.
