The Ultimate Steak Challenge Two

The gloves are off & the fight is on. On tuesday 12th November we will be battling with Chef Jack Carson’s ‘Restoration’ for The Ultimate Steak Challenge Two. Brought to you by Empire and HK Magazine, the challenge takes place at Restoration Restaurant (1st Floor 63 Wyndham Street, Central)

Team Butchers Club will be challenging with an Australian Dry Age Bone-in Rib-eye From Stockyard & Team Restoration will come back hard with a USDA Prime Bone-in Rib-eye of their own.

Tickets are priced at HK$888 per person for a 3 course dinner (including wine), and all proceeds will go to charity.
