When you place an order for your beef to be dry aged, we will notify you when it is ready (typically 4-6 weeks). You can then tell us how and when you’d like it delivered.
*The weight is pre-aged raw and includes the bones. During the aging process there will be a loss of up to 15% of the pre-aged weight. We will supply the bones if requested. The pre-aged weight can vary 5% up or down from the stated weight.
